The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove all or part of the website, its features or its content, without notice.
6. General description of the service
Skiway is a digital service related to skiing, information about ski areas, routes, maps, runs or any other feature that may help the user prepare or organise their experience at a resort.
The information provided by Skiway is indicative. It does not replace the official information communicated by resorts, ski lift operators, rescue services, local authorities, mountain professionals or the competent weather organisations.
7. Information relating to skiing and the mountains
Skiing, snowboarding and mountain activities involve inherent risks, in particular relating to weather conditions, the state of the snowpack, the opening or closing of runs, the user's technical level, crowds, signage, visibility, terrain, natural or man-made obstacles and the decisions of ski area operators.
The user remains solely responsible for their decisions, their route, their behaviour on the runs, their equipment, their technical level and their compliance with the safety rules applicable at the resort.
The routes, suggestions, travel times, difficulty levels, run information, ski lift information or map data that Skiway may display are provided for information purposes only. They may be incomplete, out of date, inaccurate or unavailable.
Before any outing, the user must check the resort's official information, weather bulletins, the ski area's opening conditions, safety instructions and, where applicable, avalanche risk assessment bulletins.
Skiway is not a professional guiding service, a rescue service, a safety device, an avalanche prevention tool, nor a guarantee that a route is accessible or practicable.
8. Intellectual property
The website, its structure, its design, its interfaces, its texts, its graphic elements, its logos, its databases, its source code, its software components, its visual elements and, more generally, all the elements that make it up are protected by intellectual property law.
Unless otherwise stated, these elements are the exclusive property of the publisher of Skiway or are subject to a licence, authorisation or right of use granted to the publisher.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, translation, extraction, reuse, distribution, commercial or non-commercial exploitation, in whole or in part, of the website or of any of its elements, without the prior written authorisation of the publisher, is prohibited.
9. Trademarks and distinctive signs
The name Skiway, the Skiway logo, the Skiway mobile application, the brand elements, product names, slogans, interfaces and distinctive signs associated with the service are protected or liable to be protected.
Any unauthorised use of these elements is prohibited and may engage the liability of its author.
10. Third-party data and content
The website may integrate, display or reference data from third-party sources, in particular map data, information relating to ski areas, weather information, information on the opening of runs or ski lifts, or links to external services.
This data remains the property of its respective holders. Skiway does not guarantee its accuracy, availability, completeness, permanent updating or suitability for a particular use.
The names of resorts, ski areas, runs, ski lifts, places, services, brands or organisations mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not create any affiliation, endorsement, partnership or official approval, unless expressly stated otherwise.

15. Publisher responsibility
The publisher strives to provide reliable and up-to-date information. However, it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, relevance or absence of error of the information published on the website.
The publisher cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from access to the website, its unavailability, its use, an error, an omission, inaccurate data, a decision taken on the basis of the information displayed, or a non-compliant use of the service.

If Skiway offers paid services, subscriptions, in-app purchases or any other commercial service, the applicable terms are specified in the General terms of use and, where applicable, in the general terms of sale.
In the case of a subscription concluded online with a consumer, the publisher must make available an easily accessible electronic cancellation feature where the regulations require it.
