Deleting your Skiway account

You can permanently delete your Skiway account and the associated personal data.

From the mobile app

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account.

Without access to the app

Contact our support team at the address below, giving the email address associated with your Skiway account and asking for it to be deleted.

We will verify your identity before processing your request.

What data is deleted?

Your account, your personal information and the associated data will be deleted, except for information that must be kept to meet legal obligations or for legitimate reasons clearly stated in our privacy policy.
